Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check in – 12:00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check out – 11:00 Hours Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability

Reservation Policy:

As per the booking policy, First Night Rent OR 30% of the total rent should be paid as prepayment (Advance Amount).

Identity Proof:

All guests must present original and valid photo identification at the time of check-in, such as any photo ID (for EU citizens), passport (non-EU citizens).

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in the hotel. In case of couples, both guests must be at least 18 years.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel within 3 days before arrival.

Child Policy:

Two children up to 11 years of age can stay in the parent's room without an additional charge. However, a maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room which will be provided at no additional charge. One child over 8 but less than 12 years can stay in the parent's room. Extra bed if required will be on additional charge If a child is above 12 years of age.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Should any action by a guest be considered unsuitable by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
  • RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: DrizzleDrop Inn is privately owned and operated and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for whatever reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.
  • The DrizzleDrop Inn has a zero-tolerance policy in which we will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the reasonable standards and policies established by State laws and by the owners for the operation and management of the hotel.
  • DrizzleDrop Inn will also refuse service or evict a guest for refusal or failure to pay for accommodations; under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests or is not in compliance with state liquor laws; acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other guests; is unable to properly supervise their children at all times, seeks to use the Resorts for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring into the hotel: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or something, including an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to Resort property or guests; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of room, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by DrizzleDrop Inn for the operation and management of our hotels.
